1.Scope and acceptance

  1. 1.1These terms apply to every use of awj.ai and its sub-pages, tools and forms (the “website”), operated by AWJ (“AWJ”, “we”, “us”).
  2. 1.2By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
  3. 1.3The website is addressed to businesses and professionals. It is not directed at consumers or at persons under 18.
  4. 1.4Services that AWJ provides to clients are governed solely by the written agreement for those services. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails.
  5. 1.5Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”.

2.Nature of the information

  1. 2.1The website contains general information about AWJ and its services. It is not an offer, a quotation, a guarantee or professional advice.
  2. 2.2Nothing on the website becomes part of an agreement unless it is expressly included in a written agreement signed by AWJ.
  3. 2.3We take reasonable care to keep the information correct, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current. Content may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
  4. 2.4Descriptions of services, methods, timelines and deliverables are illustrative. The scope of any engagement is defined only in the agreement for it.
  5. 2.5AWJ does not promise any result. Search rankings, traffic, advertising performance, sales and other outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms, competitors and the client’s own business.
  6. 2.6You are responsible for decisions you take on the basis of the website and should obtain advice for your specific situation.

3.Experience and figures

  1. 3.1“Since 2009” refers to the year in which the founder of AWJ began working in this industry. It is not the date on which AWJ was registered as a company or on which the name AWJ was first used.
  2. 3.2Statements such as “hundreds of businesses” cover the whole of that period. They include work carried out by AWJ and by its founder in Sweden, the United States, Türkiye and other countries, including work carried out under other company names and brands.
  3. 3.3Such statements are approximate and are based on our own records and recollection. They count businesses for which work of any size was carried out, from a single service to a complete project.
  4. 3.4Work may have been carried out directly for the business concerned or through another company, agency or partner.
  5. 3.5Statements about locations refer to the places from which we and our collaborators work or can be reached. They do not mean that AWJ has a registered branch, office or legal entity in each place.

4.References and logos

  1. 4.1The businesses named or shown on the website are examples of businesses for which work described in section 3 was carried out.
  2. 4.2A name or logo does not mean that the business is a current client of AWJ, that it has an agreement with AWJ, or that it endorses, recommends or is otherwise connected with AWJ.
  3. 4.3The type, scope and date of the work differ from one business to another and are not stated on the website.
  4. 4.4Logos may be shown in a single colour, resized or with a place name added, for uniform presentation only. Such changes do not reflect the official brand guidelines of the owner.
  5. 4.5All names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the business.
  6. 4.6A business that wishes its name or logo to be corrected or removed can ask us at info@awj.ai. See section 17.

5.Platforms and partner programmes

  1. 5.1Platform names and marks shown on the website identify platforms on which we work. They belong to their owners.
  2. 5.2Showing a mark does not mean that the platform owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with AWJ, other than through a partner programme that is named as such.
  3. 5.3Partner status reflects the position at the time of publication. Programmes, tiers and requirements are set by the platform owner and can change or end.
  4. 5.4We have no control over third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, rules, pricing, decisions or changes.

6.Our team

  1. 6.1The people presented on the website are people we work with on client projects.
  2. 6.2They are not necessarily employed by AWJ and do not necessarily work for AWJ full time. The team includes consultants, freelancers and specialists with whom we have worked on projects over a long period.
  3. 6.3Titles and roles describe what a person does in our projects. They are not statements about legal position, shareholding or authority to represent AWJ.
  4. 6.4No person shown can bind AWJ unless authorised to do so in writing.
  5. 6.5Names may be shortened. The composition of the team changes over time and the website may not reflect the current position.
  6. 6.6Where a portrait is marked as a placeholder, the photograph does not show the person named.

7.Images and examples

  1. 7.1Photographs and illustrations on the website are used for illustration. Unless expressly stated, they do not show premises, staff, clients or projects of AWJ.
  2. 7.2Project examples and case descriptions are illustrative. Results achieved for one business are not an indication of results for another.
  3. 7.3Content marked as a placeholder is not a statement of fact.

8.Articles

  1. 8.1Articles are general information and reflect our view at the time of publication. They may be out of date.
  2. 8.2They are not legal, financial, tax or technical advice and do not take your circumstances into account.
  3. 8.3References to third-party products, platforms or rules are descriptions, not recommendations, and may have changed since publication.

9.Website check

  1. 9.1The website check produces an automated report from measurements made by a third-party service. It is provided “as is”, free of charge and without any warranty.
  2. 9.2A report describes one page at one moment under test conditions. Results vary between runs and may differ from what visitors experience.
  3. 9.3The report is not an audit and not advice. We give no guarantee about the effect of acting, or not acting, on it.
  4. 9.4You may only check addresses that you own or are entitled to check. You are responsible for the addresses you enter.
  5. 9.5Automated, repeated or bulk use is not permitted. We may limit, block or withdraw the tool at any time.

10.Forms and communication

  1. 10.1Sending a form, an e-mail or a callback request does not create an agreement or an obligation for AWJ to reply, to make an offer or to provide a service.
  2. 10.2Stated reply times, callback times and opening hours are indicative.
  3. 10.3Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the forms. Information you send unsolicited is not treated as confidential, without prejudice to the Privacy Policy.
  4. 10.4A job application does not create an obligation to reply, to interview or to employ. There may be no vacancy at the time of application.
  5. 10.5You confirm that the information you send is correct and that you are entitled to send it.

11.Client Portal

  1. 11.1The Client Portal is intended for clients of AWJ only. Access is granted at our discretion and can be withdrawn.
  2. 11.2Login details are personal and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for use made with your login details.
  3. 11.3The portal, or parts of it, may be unavailable or not yet in operation. We do not guarantee any function or availability.
  4. 11.4Documents shown in the portal are for information. The original invoice, report or agreement prevails.

12.Acceptable use

  1. 12.1You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  2. 12.2You may not: (a) copy, scrape or harvest content or data by automated means; (b) interfere with or test the security of the website; (c) attempt to gain access to systems or data without authorisation; (d) introduce malicious code; (e) use the forms to send advertising or unlawful content; (f) impersonate another person or business.
  3. 12.3We may block access and report unlawful use to the authorities.

13.Intellectual property

  1. 13.1The texts, design, graphics, code and structure of the website belong to AWJ or are used under licence. All rights are reserved.
  2. 13.2You may view the website and share links to it. Any other use, including copying, republishing or using content to train software, requires our prior written permission.
  3. 13.3The name and logo of AWJ may not be used without our prior written permission.
  4. 13.4If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction and without compensation.

14.Third-party websites and services

  1. 14.1The website contains links to, and uses services of, third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or handling of personal information.
  2. 14.2A link is not a recommendation. Use of third-party websites and services is subject to their own terms.

15.Availability and security

  1. 15.1The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
  2. 15.2We may change, suspend or close the website, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
  3. 15.3You are responsible for the security of your own devices and connections.

16.Limitation of liability

  1. 16.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWJ, its founder and the people working with it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, its tools or its content, or from reliance on them.
  2. 16.2This includes indirect and consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, and business interruption.
  3. 16.3All warranties and conditions that are not expressly set out in these terms are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. 16.4You will compensate AWJ for loss and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.
  5. 16.5Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights under mandatory law.

17.Corrections, removal and complaints

  1. 17.1If you believe that content on the website is incorrect, infringes your rights, or shows your name, logo, image or business in a way you do not agree with, write to info@awj.ai.
  2. 17.2Please state: (a) who you are and whom you represent; (b) the page and the content concerned; (c) what you ask us to do and why; (d) how we can reach you.
  3. 17.3We review every request and answer within a reasonable time. Where a request is justified we correct or remove the content.
  4. 17.4Correcting or removing content is not an admission of any wrongdoing or liability.
  5. 17.5Requests about personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

18.Privacy and cookies

  1. 18.1How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. How we use cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

19.General

  1. 19.1We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies from the effective date shown at the end of it. Continued use of the website means that you accept the amended terms.
  2. 19.2If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it applies to the extent permitted and the other provisions remain in force.
  3. 19.3A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  4. 19.4These terms are written in English. If they are translated and the versions differ, the English version prevails.
  5. 19.5These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the whole of the terms between you and AWJ concerning the use of the website.

20.Law and jurisdiction

  1. 20.1These terms and any dispute about the website are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
  2. 20.2Disputes are decided by the Swedish courts, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a case elsewhere.
